We are Michelle & Tay. We started our own hosting adventure back in 2017 by purchasing our first home in Santa Rosa Beach where we frequently vacationed. After trying several property management companies, we realized that no company will pay the attention to detail as much as we do, the owners. At that point, we moved to 30A area quit our jobs and started hosting on our own. Our business has grown since but our thrive for hosting excellence has never changed. We now own multiple properties along Gulf Of Mexico, Florida Keys, Smoky Mountains/Gatlinburg and we manage our own homes.
