Our home, located on the West End of PCB, is five minutes from the pristine white sandy beaches and turquoise waters of the Emerald coast! 

It is perfectly situated between Inlet Beach/Rosemary Beach (5-7 min west), and Pier Park (10 min east), providing easy access to TONS of great dining, shopping, and activities! 

 

We offer all the amenities you could want or need for your family vacation! 

• A large 12’ x 8’ swim spa (cool or heated) - perfect for a relaxing swim, or can be put on exercise mode. 

• A smokeless wood-burning fire pit.

• 2 bikes for a leisurely ride. 

• Plenty of games for hours of entertainment (including ping-pong, shuffleboard, and Bocci ball). 

• Beach gear (4 Chairs, an umbrella, a wagon and kids beach toys are provided for your convenience).

• A gas WEBER charcoal grill

• High chair, baby bath and pack n play for the little ones. 

• A 6 seater golf cart is also available for your use to make trips to the beach/market/restaurants super easy!

This house is a large three bedroom two bathroom, which can comfortably accommodate eight guests.  

The oversized master has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. On the other side of the home is another large master bedroom with a king size bed. The third bedroom has a queen over queen bunk, perfect for kids. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a double vanity and shower. 

All rooms boast large ROKU TVs. 

The large open concept living area and kitchen are perfect for spending time all together!

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items to prepare a great family meal at home!

Our fully fenced in backyard is an oasis and perfect for kids to run around and play! The oversized swim spa is perfect for a cool refreshing dip in the hot summer, or can be heated on a chilly day! 

The smokeless, wood burning fire pit provides the perfect relaxing ambience after an action pack day! 

 

Linens, bath and beach towels are provided. We also provide a starter kit of amenities to get you situated. 

 

NOTE: 

Minimum age requirement to rent this house is 25 years of age. No high school/college spring break parties allowed! 

No events (weddings etc). 

Golf cart fee: $100/day plus $500 refundable damage deposit.
