PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ADD a $500.00 fully refundable damage deposit to each booking after the reservation. You get this deposit refunded back at your check out unless there are substantial damages to the house. We also add a 3% credit card processing fee after booking. If you prefer to make a payment with a different method, please reach out after your booking and we can waive this fee.
